On May 1, 2025, at 2:43 PM PDT, Yellow Typer, the esteemed leader of the Fire Vikings, declared a strategic alliance between the Fire Vikings and the Special Weapons and Tactics. Let’s dig deep into this situation to see what has caused this alliance to happen

As of SWAT turning 16 soon this year, Ganger90, a renowned Club Penguin Army legend, established the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) of Club Penguin on July 9th, 2009. SWAT originated as a group of rogues on the Mammoth server of the original Club Penguin. As of, the Fire Vikings were established by Yellow Typer in November 2024, the army was led under the led under the leadership of Lukey, Zaidmai, Yellow Typer, and Styx in the first generation. They had a successful opening and maxed a total of 11 penguins online.

As of a few months past, the founder Yellow Typer, decided to merge the vikings with Dark Pirates, leading to the shutdown of the first generation. At the timing, SWAT has saw some changes in leadership as Zooy and Krill stepped down from leadership. Out of thin air, Fire Vikings announced a return a few weeks later after the merger with DPC, but FV was not being revived by Yellow Typer. Pain of War was seen to revive FV along with Skye Larson. While all of that was going on with FV, SWAT, at the time had 2 new leaders to step in. Subzero and Holo2 stepped into SWAT leadership to get things running back to normal. A few days after Skye Larson was introduced to leadership, a sudden change happened that made FV go to hiatus (lockdown). The discord server was defaced and FV had no events for over a month. Out of thin air, once again, FV saw a revival event to get the army out of hiatus. FV celebrated Yellow Typer’s birthday as the revival event and they were able to get 15 penguins online and successfully open back up. FV and SWAT has now announced an alliance to better things up and make things run better than the past did.

Club Penguin Armies Official reached out to WIlliam and Yellow Typer to gather more information about the newly formed alliance they have made.

What made you guys start this alliance?

William: Anyways, we had a few reasons: FV maxes about the same as us and together as allies, even the largest of threats break
Yellow Typer: Well SWAT maxes about 5 people which are about the same amount we max. I figured if we joined forces, we can max about 10+ penguins in a lot of events!

How do you think this alliance will go?

William: Wonderfully
Yellow Typer: Well, this is a good question. I do remember when I was leading the Dark Pirates, I forged an alliance with SWAT then ended it a couple weeks later due to them being dead and having lots of problems with leadership inductions and resigns. Now looking at the leadership, I believe I can give them a second chance and we will make this alliance amazing hopefully.

Anything to say to the community with this newly created alliance?

William: It may seem foolish to ally with FV; they may seem small, but one ant is also small. But now consider the might of an anthill; touch some grass, and then, whilst thou art outside, please kick an anthill and see how well it goes to attack these puny ants in large numbers.
Yellow Typer: Eh I guess I can say a few words. A lot of you guys are mad at me for creating this alliance with SWAT and think I have made a big mistake. I am here to tell you that you are wrong. Every army has a chance of becoming major someday and for all armies that are looked down on, it’s time to see the bright in day. I know what I am getting myself into and I know why you guys doubt swat but, in the future, you guys will see why we have made this alliance. We may have gotten owned in Frost Frenzy, but that is a chance to learn from the mistakes that we have made, and we gain more experience in every lost battle. Sooner or later, there will be new major armies and both FV and SWAT will be included in that list! o7.

In conclusion, it looks like the alliance between the SWAT and the Fire Vikings will be beneficial due to their similar size maxes and them working together with the largest of threats of major armies between these two small/medium-sized armies in any war/battle. Both armies have confidence in each other and as Yellow Typer stated, he saw the mistake he made and won’t make it twice! How do you think this alliance will turn out?
